Thankful Feast

All 1st grade classes at Jadyn's school enjoyed a feast together for Thanksgiving.
Each class was dressed in their handmade costumes.

Jadyn was a Indian with a papoose on her back! They made bracelets to share with their friends across the table, which were Pilgrims

Jadyn enjoys this class so much. It's just 2 hours a week, but she's sure picking it up quickly.

Once again Jadyn loved Halloween, talking about it for days. She chose her costume all on her own this year. 

You all may be shocked, no Disney charactors were mentioned this year, I know I was! 

She chose to be a Vampire Princess. Just about every house she went to complemented her on her beautiful dress! She would walk back to us and say "they liked my dress too" 

She lasted about 90 minutes, got lots of candy and had a great time. 

The red tube of lipstick has since been hidden!  I'm sure you can guess why!

I was lucky enough to chaperone Jadyns class to the pumpkin patch!

Families with Children from China Camp

Jadyn and I attended "China Camp" again this year. We had a great time, the weather was beautiful as was the company!

Jadyn was very excited to see friends she made last year at camp.

If you look close you can see Momma deer and her twins.
They were so mellow and let the kids come within 20 feet of them. Which of course freaked me out,
so Jadyn was not allowed to get that close. I could just picture Momma Deer freaking out on these kids.

Finally.....

She's not upset at the dentist. She wanted to know step by step what they were going to do, but allowed it. 

And look what's to come! Yikes I hope they fit in her tiny mouth.

First Limo Ride

Jadyn was so excited and waited days for the birthday party of her best friend to arrive!
They went in a limo to a Children's Spa. It was a fun evening for all!

She returned with her hair in an Up-do, make up on and her nails painted.

4 Year " Family Day" Anniversary

The first picture we saw of our daughter, Yang Jun Qi

One of the first things I noticed was her long skinny fingers holding the crib rail.
